The whole event was divided into three major sessions: store operation review and analysis, business optimization discussion, and hands-on training of the Accio Work platform tool. Centered on the company’s real operation data, daily business bottlenecks and customer development pain points, all content was highly practical and actionable.
Prior to the formal meeting, the Alibaba operation team conducted a comprehensive annual review of Sange Filter’s Alibaba International Station store data. The team carried out itemized analysis covering multiple dimensions including product exposure, keyword rankings, traffic composition, inquiry quality, customer conversion rate and store activity. Combined with the cross-border procurement characteristics of the filter industry, the team delivered detailed comments on the company’s existing product layout, flagship product lines, market adaptability and product detail page display logic. They objectively sorted out the current operational strengths of the store, while identifying existing deficiencies and optimization room in daily management.
During the review exchange session, General Manager Han Shengjun had in-depth discussions with the Alibaba team based on the company’s foreign trade development status and overseas market layout plans for the future. The Alibaba operation team answered each frontline pain point one by one, offered implementable optimization plans tailored to the filter industry, clarified improvement directions for subsequent store operation, product layout and customer maintenance, and provided clear guidelines to boost the team’s work efficiency.

Following the review session, the Alibaba team launched special hands-on training on Accio Work. As introduced, Accio Work is an intelligent operation auxiliary tool independently developed by Alibaba International Station. It helps foreign trade enterprises streamline operation workflows, boost work efficiency and elevate operation quality, and has become an essential tool for refined cross-border e-commerce operation at present.
During the training, lecturers avoided empty theoretical explanations and delivered all teaching based on real daily operation scenarios. They demonstrated in detail how to apply the tool in product optimization, copywriting polishing, keyword screening, data review, customer analysis and store operation diagnosis. To address staff pain points including heavy daily workload, time-consuming product optimization and incomplete data analysis, the instructors focused on showing how the tool shortens operation time, improves the accuracy of product optimization and quickly locates store problems, making platform management more efficient and standardized.

All participants took careful notes and practiced tool operations simultaneously. They proactively consulted trainers about position-specific challenges, and mastered basic functions and practical skills of the tool proficiently. Many employees commented that the training content was highly relevant to daily work and extremely practical. It can effectively resolve long-standing troubles such as cumbersome operation procedures, low work efficiency and inaccurate optimization, and will greatly help improve store performance and customer development efficiency in the future.
